Check out the calendar below to find your next adventure!

Join us at the You Enjoy Life Homestead, just 10 minutes from downtown Boulder, for a mindful lunch experience designed to deepen your relationship with food. In this serene, intimate setting, you’ll enjoy a homemade, organic meal prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The focus is not only on what you eat but also how you eat, as you’ll share the meal in silence, allowing space for reflection and presence. This donation-based event offers an opportunity to slow down, appreciate the sacred act of eating, and connect with like-minded individuals. After the meal, participants are welcome to explore the homestead, meet the animals, and learn more about the sustainable practices at play.
